Product Care

Care instructions vary for each different type of rug, but here are some general tips for flat weave, pile and natural fibre rugs.

Your rug may arrive folded or rolled, and will take a short while to flatten out. Some rugs may also shed for a few weeks – this is normal and should ease up after vacuuming.
Vacuum regularly to pick up small particles of dust and dirt.
If your rug is in a sunny spot or receives a lot of foot traffic, rotate it regularly to ensure even wear.
Treat spills or stains as soon as possible. Don’t rub! Blot the stain with a dry cloth or towel first to soak up excess moisture. When in doubt, call an expert.
Rug underlays are a great way to keep a rug in place as well as preventing the rug from slipping. They will protect your floor from coarse natural fibres and make your rug feel even softer underfoot.

Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. Fabrics are covered by this warranty for 1 year after date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, willful damage, misuse or failure to care properly for goods. Freight charges and service calls made after goods have been signed for in good order may incur additional charges. A copy of the original invoice and images are required for warranty requests. Warranty for brands carried by Bodhi Living will be passed on as per the manufacturer’s Warranty / guarantee.   

Delivery and Returns

We offer shipping nationwide through our wide range of delivery partners. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the order. Premium white glove delivery, including rubbish removal and install can also be discussed upon purchase.

International shipping is quoted in Australian dollars and is not inclusive of country-specific import duty.
