Gabbeh rugs originate from the nomadic and semi-nomadic tribes of southwestern Iran, particularly the Qashqai and Luri peoples of the Fars region. Traditionally hand-knotted using thick, coarsely spun wool with a low knot density, Gabbeh rugs are known for their soft, plush pile, simple abstracted motifs, and bold use of colour achieved through natural dyes. Their thick pile and relatively loose weave make them hardwearing and tactile underfoot, and their painterly, minimal character has made them especially popular in contemporary interiors over the past few decades.

All workmanship is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. Fabrics are covered by this warranty for 1 year after date of purchase.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, willful damage, misuse or failure to care properly for goods. Freight charges and service calls made after goods have been signed for in good order may incur additional charges. A copy of the original invoice and images are required for warranty requests. Warranty for brands carried by Bodhi Living will be passed on as per the manufacturer’s Warranty / guarantee.
