Product Care

Avoid direct contact with heat, liquids, or harsh chemicals. Do not place hot mugs, plates, or cookware directly on the surface - always use coasters or placemats to prevent marks and stains.

Clean gently using a soft damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid abrasive sponges or cleaners that could damage the timber’s finish.

Indoor or covered outdoor use only. Natural variations in tone, grain, and texture are inherent and celebrated features of the reclaimed timber.

Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. Fabrics are covered by this warranty for 1 year after date of purchase.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, willful damage, misuse or failure to care properly for goods. Freight charges and service calls made after goods have been signed for in good order may incur additional charges. A copy of the original invoice and images are required for warranty requests. Warranty for brands carried by Bodhi Living will be passed on as per the manufacturer’s Warranty / guarantee.   

Delivery and Returns

We offer shipping nationwide through our wide range of delivery partners. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the order. Premium white glove delivery, including rubbish removal and install can also be discussed upon purchase.

International shipping is quoted in Australian dollars and is not inclusive of country-specific import duty.
